Set a reminder in your calendar for Monday, September 10th, then look for an email from me on that day! (Emily from Biz BFF) Early bird registration will only be open for a limited time, so you'll wanna jump on it!

Truth & Dare is an all-inclusive retreat that takes place about an hour outside of Portland, Oregon from April 4th through April 7th, 2019.

While you wait for registration to open, here are a few things you can do to prepare:
• Add emily [at] bizbff [dot] com to your list of safe senders so you're sure to get my emails
• Spend some time journaling about your life and business. What's good? What's awful? What do you crave more of? What are you ready to change? Are you committed to showing up for yourself to have the life and biz that you want? These questions will help guide you when you're deciding whether the Truth & Dare retreat is right for you!
• Start talking to your family/boss/dog about the possibility of you going out of town for a few days in April.
• Make sure you're following me on Facebook! I'll be showing up every Tuesday, talking about how to show up in a more daring & true way in your life and biz. The topics I discuss in these videos are right in line with the transformations you'll make during the retreat, so it's a great way to get a taste!
